During this visit, your Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will conduct a comprehensive assessment, including review of your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any previous mental health care.

This is an opportunity to discuss any challenges, concerns, or changes you’ve experienced since your last appointment. 

Controlled substances will only be prescribed based on the providers discretion.
